Return Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your Lorenz Eyewear online purchase, we will gladly accept the unworn, unused or defective items for an exchange or refund, within 10 business days of receipt of purchase.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please email us at with subject: DAMAGED.  Please send photo(s) of the damaged goods. We will replace the item(s) at no additional cost or issue a refund.  Please specify if you would like a refund or exchange in the body of the message.

  • Only items purchased from can be returned to 
  • All returns must be shipped to in like new, sellable condition within ten (10) business days of their delivery date as recorded by the shipping tracking information. Items shipped to more than ten (10) business days past their recorded shipment delivery date will be returned to sender.
  • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
  • You may initiate a return by replying to the confirmation email that you received after placing your order, adding the word “Return” at the beginning of your subject line.  
  • All items must be packed securely and returned in like new, sellable condition accompanied by all protective materials and accessories including, but not limited to, temple sleeves, tags, cases, cleaning cloths, boxes, and booklets.
  • All returns must be packed securely and should be shipped in their original outer shipping carton using the original packing protection. If the original outer shipping carton and packing protection are not available, then you may substitute a strong outer shipping carton and foam packing materials of comparable quality suitable for shipping fragile items.
  • Keep a record of your return shipping tracking number.
  • Lorenz Eyewear expressly reserves the right to refuse returns that do not fully comply with Lorenz Eyewear Return Policy and all other applicable policies governing purchases made through All nonconforming returns will be returned to sender at sender’s expense.
